The Gallery

The Gallery is a Clifton Homes development located in the heart of Accra, Ghana. Xypex products were chosen to waterproof and protect the new residential complex based on past successful projects with the project manager and engineer. It was essential that both waterproofing and durability were factored into the design due to areas with extreme hydrostatic pressure. Xypex Admix C-1000 NF, Concentrate, Modified and Patch’n Plug were used throughout the two levels below grade parking garage and the roof decks with swimming pools including underground water tank and planters. The total application was over 28,000 square meters.
